2. Our Products
We offer a range of Speyside Cooperage branded gifts and merchandise, including glassware, games, puzzles, golf accessories and other products.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and colours shown on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen, and minor variations may occur between photographs and the actual product.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in UK pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price displayed when you place your order will apply to that order, subject to the provisions below regarding pricing errors.
Delivery within the UK is free of charge.
If we discover that a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing your order. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we dispatch the goods. At that point, a contract between you and Speyside Cooperage Limited will come into existence.
If we are unable to accept your order, for example because a product is unavailable or because of an error in the product information or price, we will contact you and refund any payment you have made.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely through the payment options available at checkout.
Our online shop uses Stripe to process card payments. We do not have access to your full payment card details.
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
6. Delivery
We currently offer free delivery within the UK.
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible. Estimated delivery information will be provided during the ordering process or in your order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is likely to be a significant delay to your order, we will contact you using the details provided when you placed your order.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.
7. Returns and Your Right to Cancel
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period for most products.
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or, subject to availability, an exchange.
Further information about how to return an item can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your statutory cancellation rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you also have legal cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For most products purchased through our online shop, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason.
If your order contains several goods which are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when you receive the final item.
Our 30-day returns policy provides an additional period beyond this statutory cancellation period.
To exercise your statutory right to cancel, or to arrange a return under our 30-day returns policy, please contact:
Email: enquiries@speysidecooperage.co.uk
Telephone: 01340 871108
Alternatively, you can write to:

8. Returning Goods
For unwanted or change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.
Products should be returned in good condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. You may handle an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
Please retain proof of postage when returning an item.
Further information about returning products, including our returns address and the process for arranging a return, is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please email enquiries@speysidecooperage.co.uk, quoting your order number and, where appropriate, providing photographs showing any damage or defect.
We ask that customers notify us of delivery damage as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receiving the order, as photographs and prompt notification can help us investigate potential damage during delivery.
However, this does not limit or affect your statutory rights.
If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you will not be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning them where applicable.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, we will process it as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
As delivery within the UK is currently free, there will normally be no delivery charge to refund.
11. Product Availability
Although we make every effort to keep our online shop information up to date, products may occasionally become unavailable.
If you order a product that subsequently becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment made for that product.
12. Website Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability which cannot legally be limited or excluded.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights in relation to goods supplied by us.
Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses which are not reasonably foreseeable arising from your use of the website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, industrial disputes, disruption to transport services, power or telecommunications failures, failure of third-party delivery services, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
16. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
