Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Speyside Cooperage.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Returns

You can return most products within 30 days of receiving your order if you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, products should be returned in good condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. You may handle an item as reasonably necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Return Postage

For unwanted or change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.

Please use an appropriate postal service and retain your proof of postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange or reimburse the reasonable cost of returning the item where appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email enquiries@speysidecooperage.co.uk and include your order number and photographs of any damage where possible. Photographs can be particularly helpful when we need to investigate damage that may have occurred during delivery.

Please don't dispose of damaged packaging or products until we have had an opportunity to investigate the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please include your order number and, where possible, your original order or receipt with the returned goods.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method used when the order was placed.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If the item is faulty, damaged or was supplied incorrectly, please contact us so that we can arrange the appropriate remedy.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you, subject to product availability.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

In particular, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 continue to apply where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
